An integral part of Diwio, under the aegis of the Operations Department, our teams are divided into three divisions within the Assistance and Maintenance Department: the Customer Relations Center, the Preventive Maintenance Division and the Curative Maintenance Division.

Aware of the stakes involved in securing bicycles, and the specific profiles and needs of users, we felt it was essential to have complete control over the Customer Relations Center (CRC), in order to guarantee a high level of service.
Part of the Assistance and Maintenance department, the Customer Relations Center operates in project mode. This organization enables us to have a shared, global vision of each parking lot from A to Z, with genuine internal management, ensuring perfect coordination for greater responsiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
That’s why we’ve chosen to develop in-house skills and equip them with the resources needed to achieve our customers’ objectives: increasing the modal share of cycling by making cycling equipment safer.
