– Direct management by the local authority: the payment solution transfers receipts to an account belonging to the local authority. Revenue management is carried out autonomously by the local authority, using data from the Diwio operating platform.
– Mandate to collect and pay back revenues: management is delegated to the service operator, who collects them on a dedicated account. Periodically, a summary statement is drawn up and the revenue is paid back to the local authority.
